1. Our refund policy only covers the first 15 days from the date the content was delivered.
2. If a client returns a file after 15 days with quality dispute then he/she shall be charged extra for proofreading -30% and revision â€“ 50%. The percentage cost is based on the computation of the file length and the original cost of the project.
3. Our refund policy only comprises the A â€“ Excellent and B â€“ Good audio/video/document category.
4. Before we issue any refund, we will do an extensive review and proofreading on your contents for further quality issues.
5. If the proofread content fails to meet the imposed quality standards then the refund request shall be raised. Plus, we would also require the client to submit a revised copy.
6. Our refund policy does not include the Difficult audio/video/documents and Rush projects.
7. We cannot guarantee 98% accuracy for rush orders and difficult quality file. Also, re-work is not applicable.
